Welcome to Salts
We’re Astha and Siddhant, co-founders of Salts—and longtime believers in everyday wellness done right. Our journeys began in food, shaped by years in Michelin-starred kitchens across the US and Europe. We spent long hours on our feet, constantly moving, always chasing excellence—but never quite finding hydration that kept up. Eventually, we asked the question that changed everything: Why wasn’t there something better?
What started as quiet late-night conversations turned into hands-on trials and ingredient deep-dives. Together, we built Salts—a clean, effective hydration mix powered by sodium, potassium, and magnesium. No sugar. No junk. Just what your body actually needs. Whether you’re getting through a workday, recovering from a workout, or shaking off fatigue—Salts is designed to keep you in flow. It’s simple, science-backed, and made for real life. For your gym bag. Your office drawer. Your everyday rhythm. This is hydration, reimagined.

Culinary Artist. Wellness Optimist.
Astha Tandon
Astha began her journey in tech, but her passion for food and wellness led her to culinary school in Switzerland. She trained across top Michelin-starred kitchens in Europe and the U.S., honing a deep understanding of how the body responds to what we consume. Back in India, she set out to create what she couldn’t find—a clean, functional hydration ritual that works. At Salts, she leads product and flavour, blending science with instinct to craft hydration that’s both effective and enjoyable.

Performance-Minded Creator. Systems Thinker.
Siddhant Sachdeva
From business school to Michelin-starred kitchens across India, Europe, and the U.S., Syd’s journey has always been driven by the pursuit of excellence. At Salts, he brings structure to the soul—overseeing product development, operations, and quality control. Every detail, from the satisfying tear of the sachet to the texture of the packaging, is shaped by his eye for nuance.
As he puts it: “You don’t need to do it the way it’s always been done. You just need to do it better.”
