4.2 In the event of any inaccuracy, the Company reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

4.3 Customers are strongly encouraged to review ingredient lists, allergen declarations, and usage instructions printed on Product packaging, which shall prevail over any conflicting information displayed on the Website.

5. Orders and Acceptance

5.1 Placement of an order through the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected Products, subject to these Terms.

5.2 No contract of sale shall be deemed to exist between you and the Company until the Company has accepted your order. Acceptance may take the form of an order confirmation communication (including by email or SMS) or dispatch of the Products, whichever occurs first.

5.3 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, refuse, cancel, or limit any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including but not limited to: unavailability of stock, inaccuracies in pricing or Product information, suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity, errors in the order, or non-compliance with these Terms. Where payment has been collected for a cancelled or refused order, the Company shall process a refund in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5.4 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of placing an order, including delivery address and contact details, is accurate and complete. The Company shall not be liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

6. Pricing and Taxes

6.1 All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless expressly stated otherwise.

6.2 The Company reserves the right to change prices of Products listed on the Website at any time without prior notice. Any price change shall not affect orders that have already been confirmed by the Company prior to such change.

6.3 In the event a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or pricing error, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even if the order has been confirmed and payment collected.

6.4 Shipping charges, if applicable, handling fees, and any other charges will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to completion of payment.

7. Payments

7.1 The Website accepts payments through third-party payment gateways and processors, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets.

7.2 All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted, third-party payment gateways. The Company does not store complete card details on its servers. Your use of any third-party payment processing service is subject to the terms and privacy policy of such third party.

7.3 The Company shall not be responsible for any failure, delay, error, or unauthorised transaction arising from the payment gateway or your bank/financial institution. In the event of a failed transaction where an amount has been debited, the refund (if applicable) shall be processed in accordance with the timelines of the relevant payment gateway/bank, ordinarily within the period prescribed under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7.4 You represent and warrant that any payment information and instrument used to complete a transaction on the Website is valid, accurate, and lawfully belongs to you or that you are duly authorised to use it.

8. Shipping and Delivery

8.1 The Company endeavours to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines communicated on the Website or at the time of order confirmation. Such timelines are indicative and not guaranteed, and may be affected by factors including courier delays, logistical constraints, remote delivery locations, or events of Force Majeure.

8.2 Risk of loss and title to Products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided by you at the time of placing the order.
