How many sachets a day?
Up to two sachets a day. Mix one 3 g sachet into 250 ml of water each time.
Is it sweet? What sweetens it?
Lightly sweet, from stevia leaf extract and monk fruit juice concentrate. There is no added sugar and each sachet is 2.64 kcal.
Can a 3 year old have it?
No. It is formulated for ages 4 and up and is not recommended below that.
Is this an ORS?
No. This is a daily hydration supplement with vitamins, minerals and fibre. For illness-related dehydration, use an ORS and speak to your doctor.
What is the fibre for?
Galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), a prebiotic fibre that feeds the good bacteria in the gut.
